The River Castle is a one-of-a-kind luxury resort, located in the picturesque Naimisharanya. This breathtaking project has been architecturally conceptualized and designed by ThirdVendor Studios, ensuring that the resort is not only luxurious but also a masterpiece of architecture. The construction of the first phase of the resort, spanning 23 acres, is also being handled by ThirdVendor Studios, making sure that every detail is carefully crafted and executed to perfection. With our expertise, The River Castle promises to be an architectural marvel that will provide a truly unique and luxurious experience to guests.
The total project is around 250 acre which includes a 100 acre spice garden and organic farm and a 150 acre area earmarked for Residential Cottages. Hence, this project is vast enough to warrant development in multiple phases. At the moment Phase One is under construction with four phases to follow. Phase Two and Phase Three are already in the design stage and will be spread over 23 and 30 acres respectively. Phase Four and Five are in the concept stage and will be spread over 85 acres.
The gate of The River Castle will be 250 feet in height and will boast over 100 stairs, giving it a grand castle-like entrance. This gate will house numerous amenities and is one of our best architectural designs and concepts, surpassing even the grandeur of Buland Darwaza in Fatehpur Sikri. Construction of this magnificent gate, named “Prarambh,” will commence in Phase Two of The River Castle.
Phase One of The River Castle will feature 112 suites and cottages under the cluster “Chalet Aarambh.” Within “Chalet Aarambh,” there will be five different types of cottages available, each with its own unique features and amenities. The Felicite and Opulenz cottages will have a private all-weather swimming pool, while the Finezza and Serenita cottages will have a large, shared community pool.
The interiors of the cottages and suites at The River Castle are luxurious. Among them, the Felicite cottage is the most luxurious and offers a view of the Gomti River, while the other three cottages, Opulenz, Finezza, and Serenita, have views of the jungle. The architecture of these cottages is regal yet grounded.
The exterior and landscape of The River Castle have been designed by ThirdVendor Studios, with a focus on incorporating the lush green jungle and the resort’s motto of “Rendezvous with Body, Mind, and Soul.” The exterior of the cottages has been designed to embrace the elements of air, fire, water, earth, space, and intellect, while also incorporating the Vedic and historical culture of Naimisharanya. The design of the exterior and elevation is meant to immerse guests in a tranquil and rejuvenating experience.
The River CastlePhase one will have “Bhoj Palace”, a five-star continental restaurant with a sprawling 84,000 square feet of dining space. Boasting a capacity of 700+ seats, this restaurant will be India’s largest and will offer a grand dining experience unlike any other. With its sophisticated ambiance, a wide variety of dishes, and impeccable service, Bhoj Palace is sure to become a popular destination for those seeking a truly memorable dining experience.
The Piscine of The River Castle is an architectural marvel, featuring three tiers spread across a massive 50,000 square feet. With a breathtaking waterfall, it is sure to be one of the largest pools in India. Currently, the elevation and 3D design of this luxurious amenity is underway, making it a true centerpiece of The River Castle’s opulent landscape.
The spa of The River Castle, “Shat Chitt”, will be a luxurious and relaxing space with a total area of 50000 square feet. Guests will be able to unwind and rejuvenate with a variety of massages and Vedic therapies, as well as enjoy the indoor pool. The elevations and 3D design of this luxurious spa are currently underway, ensuring that it will be a highlight of the resort.
In addition to the luxurious Piscine and Spa, the first phase of The River Castle will also feature a grand Banquet Hall called “Dawat-e-Feast”. This will provide the perfect space for events, parties and gatherings. Additionally, there will be a Game Zone called “Zone De Jeux”, providing entertainment for guests of all ages. The development team is also working on designing and conceptualizing other amenities that will be available in future phases, in addition to those already included in phase one.
